Benjamin Smielowitz
Benjamin is Golden Heart, always sharing the Love
Benjamin Smielowitz’s upbringing in a tight-knit Jewish community in New York instilled him with a curiosity about spirituality which eventually led him to begin searching for more purpose and meaning early on in his life. In his 20s, he began studying meditational practices in Brooklyn, and it was through these experiences that he serendipitously found himself in the studio of Sri Dharma Mittra at The Dharma Yoga Center in NYC. There, he was an assistant and an apprentice of Sri Dharma Mittra and came to understand much about the scientific and spiritual resonance of yogic practices. He received his E-RYT 200 and 500 certification from The Dharma Yoga Center in NYC.

Tania Castellanos
Tania Loves to Share
Tania is originally from Venezuela, and she took her first yoga class in 2000 and fell in love immediately with the connection to the inner body through something so simple as the breathe and it was fascinating. She saw the transformation in herself and it led her to take teacher training and become a yoga teacher. Tania loves to share her practice and help others reach stages or moments that they don't even imagine exist; she calls this "yoga breakthroughs".
Tania is a certified yoga instructor under the Skanda Yoga program run by renowned yogis Ken Von Roenn & Lina Vallejos. Tania's classes are dynamic with an emphasis on breathing and the art of alignment, all part of the Skanda principles. She teaches yoga as a way to give her students a message of intention and help them contemplate what to take from the class into their daily life.
NEIL FENN
Neil is a Down to Earth Yogi
A Miami Beach native and artist, Neil Fenn has been doing Yoga all of his adult life. Always an avid swimmer, runner and gym goer, Yoga was always an activity “on the side.” After returning to his hometown in 2010, after 30 years in Los Angeles, Neil found many opportunities in Miami and Miami Beach to practice Yoga outdoors in parks and at the beach. After intensifying his practice, he decided to take the leap to become a Yoga instructor. In 2012 he completed the 300 hour training with Gaia Budhai, founder of Synergy Center for Yoga, one of the first Yoga studios in Miami Beach. Neil is a down to earth Yogi, who teaches an accessible yet precise Vinyasa flow class, injected with a little humor, and welcoming to all levels.

Sujal Patel
Yoga Shows the Way
At a very young age, I had my first taste of quieting the body, calming the mind and experiencing that unchanging pure awareness called meditation. I had begun the practice of Yoga primarily as a physical discipline and recreational hobby until I started to discover the vast, unending reservoir of mental and spiritual outcomes that were waiting to be unlocked and harnessed. Frequent trips to India to connect to my roots also allowed me to connect to myself. I developed a keen interest in the human experience and a passion for the wisdom of Yoga. A growing library of literature and classic Yogic scripture plus practical experience and insights helps me in my coaching and teaching. I teach my students how to seek and find everlasting truth, peace and happiness not outside, but within the very nature of themselves. From physiology and human anatomy to control of one’s vital energy to conquering the fear of death, students receive sincere, authentic teachings and an experience of Yoga that they can call their own. Health is your wealth, peace of mind is your happiness- Yoga shows the way. Sujal is also the Founder of Skylight Yoga.
